ORDER
The petitioner was tried and found guilty by the II Additional District Court for CBI Cases, Madurai, in CC.No.3 of 2012. By judgment dated 20.12.2024, he was convicted and sentenced. As against the same, the petitioner has moved Crl.A(MD) 1/3
No.56 of 2025 before this Court and pending the appeal, he moved Crl.MP(MD) No.707 of 2025 to suspend the sentence. This Court, by order dated 22.01.2025, entertained the same and suspended the sentence, on certain conditions. The petitioner has now moved this miscellaneous application to relax the conditions. 2.Learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions only from 07.02.2025. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage.
