O R D E R

The petitioner seeks direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife Mrs. Shoba under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is merely called for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.
