JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] The Writ Appeal is filed as against the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.2027 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021.

2.The appellant/petitioner has filed the above writ petition to set aside the order passed by the second respondent on 02.12.2020 with regard to the patta. The learned Single Judge of this Court had come to the conclusion that there is an effective alternative remedy available by way of statutory appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and dismissed the writ petition. For the reasons best known, the writ petitioner has not arrayed the Revenue Divisional Officer as a party respondent. Such attitude of the writ petitioner is hereby deprecated. 3.In view of the existence of the effective alternative statutory remedy, we find that there is no reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
