PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to dispose of the DVC no.01 of 2018 within a definite time frame by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to dispose of the DVC No.01 of 2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.
3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to dispose the case pending in DVC No. 1 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on hall hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.
