PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to early disposal in STC No. 69 of 2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to dispose the case in STC No. 69 of 2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to dispose the case pending in STC No. 69 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on hall hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
