ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed A12 in Crime No.76 of 2012 and he was arrested by the respondent police on 06.02.2015 in pursuant to the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 12.11.2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Coolie and he was not aware of the charge sheet filed in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner had gone to other states for his avocation and the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial court for all future hearings. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that except the petitioner, other accused have been regularly appearing before the committal court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court for all future hearings without fail. sd/- 10/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
