PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent for not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the 2nd respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that a case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 425 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 Prevention of Women from Harassment Act. It is stated that the enquiry was also only in connection with the complaint and that there was no harassment at any point of time. 3.Be that as it may, the petitioners shall be called for enquiry only by issuing summons as required under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C. Hence this petition is closed, with an observation that the respondent shall follow the procedure while holding enquiry in this matter without harassment.
