ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20/09/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.

50 of 2017, with in a period of Six months, and the requisition letter dated 18/04/2023 in D.No.7231 of 2023, submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order: By an order dated 20.09.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.A1/ 7231/2023, dated 18.04.2023, with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 20.09.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.1517 of 2022.
