ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.156 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent and to investigate the same and to file a final report.
2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. On 14.08.2015, a report has been called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.
4. The report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, which shows that the Referred Charge Sheet Notice has been filed and the copy of the same has also been served to the defacto complainant and he has also appeared before the Court on 07.08.2015. The matter has been posted on 28.08.2015 for filing his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
objection.
5. Already the investigation was over and the referred chargesheet has been filed. At this stage, the petitioner wants to file a protest application. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this petition.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
