ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appearing the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
