This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.220 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report. 3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition

has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
