ORDER

The petitioners, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry, have approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioners are accused in Cr.No.255 of 2022 and final report has been filed in the said case in STC.No.250 of 2024. Further, he submits that since the petitioners failed to appear before the trial Court, the respondent Police visited the house of the petitioners to serve summons and the official respondents are not harassing the petitioners.
