M.H.S.Confdl.No.09/2023, dated 10.02.2023 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu, namely, Subbukutti alias Karthick, S/o.Muthu, aged about 28 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.1467, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 14.03.2023, submitted that the detention order has been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
