PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.321 of 2017 on the file of the respondent within 60 days from the date of registration of FIR as contemplated u / s. 167(2) of Criminal Procedure Code. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Veerasekaran For Respondent : Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate (Crl.side).

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.321 of 2017 on the file of the respondent within the period fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the final report is also ready. It is only for the purpose of enabling the respondent to see that the charge sheet is taken on file, he requests that some time may be given. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the above Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12173 of 2017 is allowed and the respondent is directed to file the final report in Cr.No.321 of 2017 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
