2. The petitioner wants the first respondent to register his mother's death and also issue Death Certificate. The petitioner has to appear in person before the first respondent and along with the application and submit the relevant record. Thereupon, the first respondent shall conduct enquiry and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight week,s thereafter.
