Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.360 of 2015, dated 03.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. Since the petitioners 4 and 5 are being ladies and are complying with the conditions, the condition imposed on them, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ modified to the effect that they shall appear before the trial court

once in a month ie., on the first working day of every English Calender Month, until further orders. In respect of petitioners 1 to 3, this petition is dismissed.
