ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.79 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, (Fast Track Court No.1), Nagercoil and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner / accused is no more and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
