This petition is filed to withdraw the case in Spl.S.C.No.76 of 2012 on the file of the Special Judge and District Sessions Judge, Karur in crime No.226 of 2011 on the file of the respondent No.3 and direct the respondent No.2 for further investigation of the case and file a final report, within the time stipulated by this Court.
