O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.24 of 2016 pending on his file in an early date.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since it is only for speedy disposal of the case, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said application was filed in the year 2021. For the past three years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 64 years. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
