O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1235 of 2015, dated 02.03.2015 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2. It is seen from the order passed by the Court below that investigation is over and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.449 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

3. In view of the said admitted position, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.1235 of 2015 vide order dated 02.03.2015, to appear before the respondent police daily at 05.00 p.m., is hereby set aside and the other conditions imposed remain unaltered.
