side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only from 17.09.2016 to 28.09.2016 and thereafter, he has not complied with the conditions.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition at present. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to at first comply with the conditions by appearing before the respondent police and thereafter file a fresh petition for relaxation of the condition.
4.This petition is closed.
