This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.03.2015 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner/defacto complainant is not co-operating with enquiry.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry.
4. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
