ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.413 of 2016 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in this matter, investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' and referred charge-sheet notice was also issued to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
