The petitioner seeks police protection as he apprehends threat at the hands of the private respondents herein. 2.The petitioner's vendor is said to have purchased the property belonging to R3 and A4 at a public auction. In this regard, there is a festering dispute between the parties. It is always open to the petitioner herein to file an appropriate injunction suit.
