This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.361/2017 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the case was closed as mistake of fact, on 06.04.2017. Though, RCS notice was not served earlier, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) under takes that the RCS notice will be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of day.

3.Recording the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
