This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.12.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.218 of 2018 on 19.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 (1) of IPC. A copy of the said First Information Report has also been produced before this Court.
