The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 161 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.MP.No.131 of 2023 dated 30.05.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaithirairuppu, Virdhunagar District.
3. Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), has stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 161 days in preferring the above criminal revision case is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
