ORDER: This Petition coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the earlier order of this Court and upon hearing the arguments of both sides, this Court made the following order: The Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam sought further extension of three months' time to dispose of the case in M.C.No. 5 of 2014.

2. Time is extended for further period of three months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
