This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Pudukkottai, Pudukkottai District to expedite disposal of the proceedings in O.S.No.95 of 2022 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2022. For the past two years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 73 years. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
