The Writ Petitioner wants to stall the implementation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Smart City Project by the respondent Corporation. An earlier

Division Bench of this Court had already issued directions with regard to its implementation. Passing any order in the present writ petition is likely to work at cross purposes with the earlier order. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
