ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 and 120(B) IPC, in Crime No.
58 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner produced forged documents for obtaining loan. Similarly, the very same documents are produced for obtaining loan to other three banks. Therefore, before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, the cases in Crime Nos.56, 57 & 58 of 2017 were registered against the petitioner and other accused persons.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with any of the offence as alleged by the de-facto complainant.
4.The learned counsel for the Bank would submit that the petitioner and other co-accused persons produced bogus documents to other three banks and obtained loan. Therefore, he prays dismissal of anticipatory bail.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the state also confirmed the statement of the learned counsel for the bank.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the offences committed by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
