When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondents, upon written instructions, submitted that the first respondent has passed an order of dismissal from service against the petitioner. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
