PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner so as to ensure to live peacefully in his house and to do his fishing activities by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2021 For Petitioner : Mr.S.C.Herold Singh For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner so as to ensure to live peacefully in his house and to do his fishing activities by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner First Information Report came to be registered in Crime No.136 of 2021 as against the accused persons.
