Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.3495/2025, dated 22.01.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,000/-and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2. The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, CMP(MD)No.3495 of 2025 is allowed. Since the other petitions in CMP(MD)Nos.3497 and 3498 of 2025 are consequential, the same are also allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and after amendment, send notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 23.02.2026. Private notice is also permitted. 3.Post the matter on 23.02.2026.
