This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not interfere in civil dispute, based on the representation dated 31.03.2018. 2.Heard Mr.A.Joseph Jerry, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police has not received any complaint against the petitioner and also not issued any summons to him and he further submitted that only on apprehension, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.
