This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner besides registering the case against the accused persons namely Abdul Majith, Kajamaideen, Madharmaideen and Nellai Bai Ali based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.03.2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and it appears that there is a civil dispute and subsequently, it was closed.
