This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire into the petitioner's complaints, dated 13.10.2021 and 08.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.4324 of 2022 that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he was issued CSR No.5929 of 2021 by the second respondent. Thereafter, the respondent police conducted a detailed enquiry and closed the complaint on 20.12.2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
