This petition is filed to to direct the respondent to secure the accused Nos.2 and 3 in crime No.4 of 2012 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The prayer sought for by the petitioner is to secure the accused Nos.2 and 3 in crime No.4 of 2012 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. The said prayer cannot be granted. However, since the case is pending from the year 2012, the respondent is directed to file final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
