PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between himself and the 4th respondent in respect of the property bearing Survey No.406/1A and 406/1B situated at Sanganapuram, Karunkulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and also discontinue the harassment being made in this regard forthwith.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between himself and the 4th respondent in respect of the property bearing Survey No.406/1A and 406/1B situated at Sanganapuram, Karunkulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.The Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant and that the enquiry was closed. Hence, it is stated that no further enquiry is contemplated.
