ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 of IPC and Section 4 of TNWH Act @ 294(b), 342, 307 and Section 4 of TNWH Act in Crime No.133 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.One Hema was attacked by the accused. There are totally four accused in this case. The other two accused were arrested and remanded in judicial custody. They were subsequently released on bail. The first petitioner is said to have attacked the defacto complainant on her neck. The defacto complainant was in a hospital for a period of 11 days. 3.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioners, this Court rejects this criminal original petition for anticipatory bail. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
