The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that the petitioner's son is a history sheeter having involved in nine previous cases. The respondent Police had a routine checkup in the petitioner's house to verify whether the petitioner's son is available or not and they are not harassing the petitioner.

3.In view of the stand taken by the respondent Police, this criminal original petition is closed.
