O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioners on the guise of inquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent, a petition enquiry is pending.

4. The petitioners are directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, they shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
