ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by the way of intervening into the civil dispute.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 07.03.2021, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and the same was closed on 08.03.2021. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
