ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 294(B), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.41 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner along with the other accused persons abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language and attacked him and also threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that A1 to A4 were already released on bail and the respondent has also laid a charge sheet. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
