Prayer in CRL.OP.(MD) NO.1944/2022:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned District and sessions Judge (PCR court), Dindigul to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day on merits in relating to the Crime No. 28 of 2022 dt. 24.01.2022 on the file of the respondents police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Rameshkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Procutor for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time made in Crl.M.P (MD) No.2612 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1944 of 20200 dated 21.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner could not arrange sureties, he is not in a position to comply with the condition.

3 In view of the time already granted by this Court is extended till 21.03.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as costs to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 16.03.2022, failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this court.
