Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent police to make proper investigation on the basis of the F.I.R. in Crime NO.05 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police dated 03.01.2015 and to file the final report in the above matter within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court and consequently, to direct the second respondent to recover the vehicle in bearing Registration No.TN.67 AM 6459 from the said accused and produce the same before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to make proper investigation on the basis of the F.I.R. in Crime NO.05 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police dated 03.01.2015 and to file the final report in the above matter within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court and consequently, to direct the second respondent to recover the vehicle in bearing Registration No.TN.67 AM 6459 from the said accused and produce the same before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to secure the vehicle within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
