2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that informing the offence under Sections 3, 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a), 5 (1)(d), 7(2)(c)(i) of I.T.P Act, charge stands filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. The learned Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet filed in the matter without any further delay. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
