This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2018 against the proposed accused persons.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has believed the fraudulent words of the proposed accused for getting a job at abroad within a period of four weeks and to that effect he gave huge amount. Thereafter, the petitioner came to know that the proposed accused cheated her and hence, she asked the proposed accused to return back her amount, but the proposed accused did not return her amount. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 24.03.2018 before the first respondent,but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR No.135 of 2018 has been issued and the same is pending for enquiry.

directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
