ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to register F.I.R on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the third respondent in Crime No.02 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323 I.P.C, Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act r/w Section 3(i)(r) SC/ST 2014 Amendment Act.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
