This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent herein to file Charge Sheet in Crime No.242 of 2015, dated 31.03.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the case was closed as "Action Dropped". He further submitted that though R.C.S. Notice is not served on the petitioner, he has handed over a copy of the R.C.S.Notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
